Funerals at St. Paul’s
Funerals in the Episcopal Church follow an Easter liturgy. Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we too shall be raised. The liturgy, therefore, is characterized by joy, in the certainty that “neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
We are honored to offer burial for members and non-members alike. We are able to work with or without a funeral home to plan church-based, graveside, or columbarium services.
There is no fee for a simple, spoken funeral at St. Paul’s. If you wish to include music or to have a reception at the church, we charge only enough to cover those costs.
Please contact the church office to arrange a time to speak to clergy before finalizing the day and time of the service.
